Vietnamese Lemongrass Omnipork Skewers with Yuzu and Lime Sauce

Ingredients

Omnipork

220g

Lemongrass

3 sticks

Chopped Shallot

1 piece

Mrs. So yuzu and lime sauce

1 tsp

Marinade Sauce

Vegan fish sauce

2 tsp

Mrs. So yuzu and lime sauce

2 tsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Steps

Step 1

Wash lemongrass and cut them in half, then crush it until flat. Use half stick of lemongrass and chop it.

Step 2

Add marinade sauce, shallot and chopped lemongrass into defrosted Omnipork and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes. Defrost Omnipork, add marinade sauce, chopped shallot and chopped lemongrass and mix well for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Wrap lemongrass stick with Omnipork mixture.

Step 4

Pour oil into a frying pan. Place Omnipork skewer into the pan and fry until it turns golden brown, which takes around 7 to 8 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the skewers with lime sauce.
