Thai Green Curry OmniPork Spring Roll

Omnipork

Potato (Medium size)

Red Onion

Spring Roll Sheets

Seasoning

Thai Green Curry Sauce

Sugar

Sesame Oil

Steps

Step 1

Dice the potatoes and red onion into small pieces and rest OmniPork at room temperature.

Step 2

Heat wok over heat and stir in the red onion. Add some water and diced potatoes and stir-fry until it is 70% cooked.

Step 3

Add OmniPork into the pan and stir quickly. Add seasoning and stir to coat the ingredients. Set the filling aside and let it cool down.

Step 4

Defrost the spring roll sheets. Place fillings near the corner of the sheet and fold over the corners. Seal the spring roll by brushing flour water along the edges.

Step 5

Deep fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown and serve hot.
