Stir-Fried OmniPork Strips With Kimchi

Ingredients

OmniPork Strips

1/3 pack (50g)

Onion (Thinly sliced with the grain)

1 pc (110g)

Kimchi

As appropriate

Ginger (Sliced)

As appropriate

Oil

1 tbsp (15ml)

Potato Starch

1 tsp (3g)

Water

30 ml

Sauces

Korean Hot Pepper Paste

2 tbsps (30g)

Brown Sugar

2 tsps (10g)

Soy Sauce

2 tsps (10ml)

Steps

Step 1

Heat up a wok and pour in 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry ginger, then stir in onion until aromatic.

Step 2

Add brown sugar and stir-fry until caramelized.

Step 3

Stir in OmniPork Strips, then add Korean hot pepper paste and stir-fry over low heat until frangant. Stir well with kimchi.

Step 4

Mix 1 tsp potato starch with water, then pour into wok and cook until thickens. Enjoy!

Tips

You can replace Korean Hot Pepper Paste with the mixture of Korean soybean paste and chili paste.
