Green Chili Pepper (Sliced)

2-3 pcs (33g)

Ginger (Sliced)

As appropriate


Korean Chili Bean Sauce

2 tbsps (30g)

Brown Sugar

2 tsps (10g)

Soy Sauce

2 tsps (10ml)


Step 1

Heat up a wok and stir-fry ginger, then add Korean chili bean sauce and cook over low heat until aromatic.

Step 2

Stir in OmniPork Strips for 1 minute, then add brown sugar and stir-fry until caramelized.

Step 3

Stir well with green chili pepper, then pour in soy sauce and cook over low heat until fragrant. Enjoy!
