Steps
Step 1
Thinly slice turnip (about 2mm), then steam 5-6 minutes until softened, cool down and set aside.
Step 2
Mix OmniPork with marinade sauce, set aside.
Step 3
Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry shiitake mushroom and shallot until aromatic, then take out and mix well with OmniPork.
Step 4
Place 1 teaspoon OmniPork mixture onto turnip slice and fold them up.
Step 5
Steam turnip roll over high heat for 10 minutes until cooked.
Step 6
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour hot oil over the sauce, then drizzle on steamed turnip roll. Enjoy!
