Spicy OmniPork Jerky

Ingredients

OmniPork (Defrosted)

1 pack (230g)

Bread

1 pc (70g)

White Sesame

As Appropriate

Maltose

1 tbsp (15g)

Water

3 tbsps (45ml)

Seasoning

Dark Soy Sauce

2 tsps (10ml)

White Pepper Powder

1/2 tsp (3g)

Paprika

2 tsps (10g)

Vegan Fish Sauce

1 tsp (5ml)

Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp (3g)

Salt

1/2 tsp (3g)

Vegetable Oil

1 tsp (5ml)

Maltose

1 tbsp (15g)

Water

3 tbsps (45ml

Steps

Step 1

Blend bread in a blender until crumbly, then mix well with OmniPork until become sticky.

Step 2

Mix maltose with water until maltose dissolves.

Step 3

Marinate OmniPork with marinade sauce for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Spread OmniPork mixture onto a parchment paper, fold it and roll over to about 2mm thick with a rolling pin.

Step 5

Heat a pan and place the sheet of OmniPork into the pan, then cover with a lid and bake under medium-low heat for 10 minutes until water slightly evaporates.

Step 6

Flip over and bake for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Brush dissolved maltose onto OmniPork jerky and sprinkle white sesame, then bake with a lid for 3 minutes on each side.
