Heat a pan and pour in oil, then pan-fry OmniPork luncheon over medium heat for about 1.5 minutes until golden on both side. Cut OmniPork luncheon into chunks or strips.
Chop vegetable into desired size, then blanch vegetables in boiling water, drain and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil, pan-fry minced garlic and dried chili, then stir in spicy hotpot ingredient pack according to your own preference. Add a little water, sugar, salt and light soy sauce, mix well.
Add all ingredients and stir well. Sprinkle white sesame and chopped coriander. Enjoy!
