Spaghetti with Pan-fried OmniPork Patty and Tomato Sauce

Thyme

Tomato Paste

Spaghetti

Seasoning

Vegan Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp

Salt

Light Soy Sauce

1 tsp

1 tsp

Steps

Step 1

Cook onions in a heated pot until soft. Take out half of the onions and add half of the carrots into the pot.

Step 2

Cover the pot with a lid once you have added in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, a cup of water and thyme into the pot. Cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove thyme from the sauce and blend the sauce using a blender. Boil the sauce again and stir in seasoning and spaghetti.

Step 4

Marinate the defrosted OmniPork using carrots, cooked onions, egg and marinade.

Step 5

Pan fry the patty using more oil (2 minutes on each side) and cook until it is golden brown.

Step 6

Serve spaghetti with tomato sauce and top with the pan-fried patty.
