Shanghai Fried Noodle

Cabbage (Shredded)

1/2 pc (357g)

Onion (Shredded)

1/2 pc (55g)

Dried Black Fungus Strips

1/3 bowl

Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

2 tbsps (30g)

Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce

1 tbsp (15ml)

Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder

1 tbsp (15g)

Lee Kum Kee Pure Black Sesame Oil

Step 1

Blanch black fungus strips in boiling water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry OmniPork strip until browned and aromatic, take out and set aside.

Step 3

Add a little oil and pan-fry onion until fragrant, then stir in Shanghai fried noodle and the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Add seasoning and water, then simmer over low heat until water evaporated. Enjoy!
