Pan-fried Omnipork Lotus Root Patties

Aji Shio Pepper

Baking Powder

Corn Starch

Steps

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder and corn starch. Then add water and stir in one direction until thickened. Add oil to form batter.

Step 2

Mix Omnipork, morel mushrooms, yellow fungus, coriander, Chinese celery and seasonings. Set aside.

Step 3

Blanch lotus root slices. Pat dry and coat with corn starch.

Step 4

Put the mixture in (2) in between 2 lotus root slices.

Step 5

Coat the slices with batter and deep-fry until golden brown. Then sprinkle aji shio pepper to serve.
