OmniPork Soup Dumplings

Dumpling Wrapper

Cabbage (Finely Diced)

Celery (Diced)

Marinade Sauce

Soy Sauce

2 tbsps

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp

Ground Pepper

1 tsp

Five Spice Powder

1 tsp

Sugar

1 tbsp

Sesame Oil

1 tbsp

Vegetable Broth Jelly

Kelp

2 pieces

Dried Shiitake Mushroom

6 pieces

Salt

Kombu Soy Sauce

1 tbsp

Steps

Step 1

Boil all ingredients of vegetable broth jelly for 20 minutes, then keep stirring while adding agar. Pour into a container and freeze.

Step 2

Mix OmniPork and diced celery with marinade sauce well, then marinate for 10 minutes. Then, divide it into 8 pieces and shape it into a ball. Steam for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Divide vegetable broth jelly into 8 pieces. Place 1 piece of vegetable broth jelly onto a dumpling wrapper, then add some diced cabbage and steamed OmniPork ball.

Step 4

Bring 1 corner of wrapper up around filling, then pleat remaining edges of wrapper at regular intervals all around filling until filling is enclosed.

Step 5

Steam 8 pieces of OmniPork soup dumplings in a food steamer for 15 minutes and done.
