OmniPork Puff Pastry Twists

Ingredients

OmniPork (Defrosted)

1/2 pack (115g)

Puff Pastry

1 sheet (167g)

Bean Sprouts (Chopped)

2 tbsps (30g)

Sesame

1 tbsp (15g)

Honey

1 tbsps (21g)

Light Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp (8g)

Sugar

1/2 tsp (3g)

Salad Dressing

As appropriate

Steps

Step 1

Let puff pastry sit at room temperature to thaw and cut into half, set aside.

Step 2

Spread OmniPork on a puff pastry.

Step 3

Brush OmniPork with light soy sauce, then sprinkle sugar and chopped bean sprouts.

Step 4

Cover with another puff pastry and slightly roll it out with rolling pin. Then, cut into 1 cm width long strips.

Step 5

Twist the ends in opposite directions.

Step 6

In preheated oven, bake 10 minutes under 200°C. Then, brush with honey and sprinkle sesame, bake for 5-8 more minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Step 7

Serve with salad dressing and enjoy!
