King Oyster Mushroom (Finely Diced)

Apple (Finely Diced)

Celery (Diced)

Marinade Sauces

Soy Sauce

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

2 tbsps

Ground Pepper

2 tsps

Five Spice Powder

1 tsp

Ground Black pepper

Steps

Step 1

Mix dough ingredients in a large bowl and knead until dough becomes smooth and non-sticky. Then, put it into an oiled bag and squeeze the air and tie it up tightly, freeze for 2 hours.

Step 2

Mix OmniPork with diced apple and marinade sauce well, then marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the freezed dough into 3 pieces and roll out the dough, then rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Place OmniPork fillings on the dough, then stuff king oyster mushroom, celery and coriander. Form it into a bun shape and close by pinching it shut.

Step 5

Brush the top of buns with oil and dip in the sesame seeds.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes under 230°C (upper and lower temperature of the oven), then bake on another side for 10 minutes and done.
