Plant Butter

1 1⁄2 tbsp (23g)

Oat Milk

300 ml

All-Purpose Flour

1 1⁄2 tbsp (23g)

Vegetarian Broth / Water

200 ml

Ground Black Pepper


Coriander (Chopped)

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti until 80% cooked.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry OmniPork Luncheon on each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds and season with black pepper. Cool down and cut into small cube, set aside.

Step 3

Add flour and pan-fry over low heat until aromatic, then add plant butter and whisk until thickens (roux).

Step 4

Pour in vegetarian broth and oat milk, then bring to a boil. Stir well until desired thickness.

Step 5

Mix the spaghetti with sauce well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat, mix with chopped coriander.

Step 6

Plate it up and top with OmniPork Luncheon. Enjoy!
