Cook the Japanese rice, then cool down and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, pan-fry OmniPork Luncheon and JUST folded egg over medium low heat on each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds, set aside. Halve JUST folded egg when it cool down.
Clean the sushi mold and assemble musubi by putting rice, OmniPork Luncheon, JUST folded egg and then rice into the mold. Slightly press down and remove the mold, then wrap around with Japanese nori. Cut the musubi into half and enjoy!
