OmniPork and Grilled Peach English Muffin

Ingredients

Omnipork

x1

Yellow Peach

x1

English Muffin

x3 (sliced in half)

Onion

20g (diced)

Daiya Cheese

3 slices

Vegan Thousand Island Dressing

2 tablespoon

Cabbage

3 pieces

Corn Oil

1 tbsp

Marinade

Soy Sauce

2 tsp

Pepper

Salt

Egg white

Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp

Steps

Step 1

Mix OmniPork with diced onions and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove skin from the peach.

Step 3

Mix the OmniPork and diced onions until sticky. Separate them into 3 portions and shape each portion into a meatball.

Step 4

Add oil into the pan over medium high heat. Add the meatballs into the pan and flatten them using a spatula to form a patty.

Step 5

Fry the patty for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Add peach slices and English muffin into the heated wok. Toast English muffins for 2 minutes and flip and top with Daiya Cheese slices. Cook peach slices until soft and caramelised.

Step 7

Take out the English muffins and place the OmniPork patty, Vegan thousand island sauce, peaches, lettuce in between to serve.
