Hong Kong Zha Jiang Noodles With OmniPork Strips

OmniPork Strips

1/3 pack (50g)

Fresh Noodle

2 pcs (100g)

Potato Starch

1 tsp (3g)


30 ml

Zha Jiang Sauces

Chili Bean Sauce

1 tbsp (15g)


2 tbsps (30g)

White Vinegar

2 tsps (10ml)

Brown Sugar

2 tsps (10g)

Soy Sauce

2 tsps (10ml)


Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling water until loosened, drain and set aside.

Step 2

Mix Zha Jiang sauce well, set aside.

Step 3

Heat up a wok and stir-fry ginger, then stir in OmniPork Strips until golden brown and mix with Zha Jiang sauce.

Step 4

Mix 1 tsp potato starch with water, then pour into wok and cook until thickens. Place it on top of noodle. Enjoy!


You can replace chili bean sauce with the mixture of bean paste and chili paste.
