Shaoxing Wine (Optional)
Wash chinese cabbage, lay the marinated OmniPork in between the chinese cabbage and repeat few layers.
Then, cut into 3 parts.
Place sliced ginger at the bottom of the pot, place the chinese cabbage and OmniPork layers into the pot vertically starting from the outer edge to the inner part of the pot.
Add vegetarian broth. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes until softened, then seasoned with a pinch of salt and enjoy.
