Wash tofu puff and cut it in half, then fold inside out.
Mix OmniPork with the Marinade Sauce well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix water chestnuts with OmniPork.
Stuff OmniPork mixture into tofu puff, then shape it into balls.
Heat the oil over medium high heat and pan-fry stuffed tofu puff until golden brown, place on kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
Sprinkle garlic salt.
Cut the passion fruit into half and scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a bowl, then mix with maple syrup. In a small pot, cook it on low heat until thickens, then serve with fried tofu puff.
