Fried OmniPork Luncheon With Potato

Ingredients

OmniPork Luncheon

2 pcs (80g)

Medium Potato

1 pc (170g)

Fresh Basil

6 pcs (12g)

Seasoning

Salt

1 tsp (5ml)

Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp (5ml)

Steps

Step 1

Dice OmniPork Luncheon* and potato in 1cm x 1cm.

Step 2

Boil 1L water and add salt, then boil diced potato in boiling water for 3 minutes, set aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry OmniPork Luncheon on each side until aromatic, set aside.

Step 4

Stir-fry diced potato until crunchy, then stir in OmniPork Luncheon. Mix well with ground black pepper.

Step 5

Turn off heat and mix well with fresh basil.

Tips

You can place the frozen OmniPork Luncheon under room temperature for 1-2 minutes for easier dicing.
