Deep Fried OmniPork In YiLan Style

OmniPork

1 pack (230g)

Celery (Diced)

1 pc (30 g)

Marinade Sauce

Soy Sauce

2 tbsps

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

2 tbsps

Ground Pepper

1 tsp

Five Spice Powder

1 tsp

Sugar

1 tbsp

Sesame Oil

1 tbsp

Seasoning:

Pepper Salt

Pinch

Batter Mix

Cake Flour

1 cup (140g)

Corn Starch

4 tbsps (60g)

Sprite

180 ml

Salt Vegetable

1 tsp

Oil

2 tsps

Steps

Step 1

Mix OmniPork and diced celery with marinade sauce well, then marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Shape OmniPork into strips, then steam for 10 minutes.

Step 3

After steaming, dip OmniPork strips into batter mix, allow excess to drip off.

Step 4

Deep fry in 180°C oil for 3 minutes until golden brown, then raise the temperature of oil to 200°C, then deep fry for another 20 seconds, set aside.

Step 5

Sprinkle a pinch of pepper salt and done.
