Steps
Step 1
Wash OmniPork Strip thoroughly and scatter them for easier cooking.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry OmniPork Strip until aromatic, set aside.
Step 3
Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry minced garlic, ginger and green onion until aromatic. Then, stir in chili bean sauce. Add shredded carrot and black fungus until carrot softens, then add shredded red and green bell pepper, stir well.
Step 5
Pour the sauce along the pan and stir-fry over high heat, then stir in OmniPork Strip until the sauce thickens.
