Sweet and Sour Sauce

Blanch green bell pepper, red bell pepper and pineapple slices and set aside.Blanch green bell pepper, red bell pepper and pineapple slices and set aside.
Season OmniPork with salt.
Steam OmniPork for 4 minutes. Cut into small diamond shape.
Coat OmniPork thoroughly with cornstarch. Deep fry them over medium heat for 1 minute. Drain OmniPork and set aside.
Pour sweet and sour sauce into saucepan. Add cornstarch mixture, green and red bell pepper, pineapple slices and Omnipork. Stir fry thoroughly to serve.
