Stuffed OmniPork Green Chili Peppers

Ingredients

OmniPork

200 g

Green chili pepper (halved)

5 pieces

Seasonings

Minced ginger

A little

Dried shiitake mushroom (diced)

5 pieces

Diced spring onion

As appropriate

Salt

Pinch

Sugar

Pinch

Vegetarian oyster sauce

A little

Corn starch

1 tbsp

Sesame oil

1 tsp

Sauce

Soy sauce or lime juice

To taste

Steps

Step 1

Soak the shiitake mushroom overnight and marinate with oil, salt, rock sugar. Steam for two hours until cooked.

Step 2

Defrost OmniPork, add marinade sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Stuff OmniPork in green chili peppers.

Step 4

Heat the pan and add oil. Pan-fry the side of green chili peppers with OmniPork for 1 minute.

Step 5

Pan-fry the other side for 1.5 minutes.

Step 6

Drizzle sauce to serve.

Tips

Take great care with the heat control when pan frying the side of green chili peppers with OmniPork. Overheating can cause overcooked or burnt, while under heating, the green chili pepper would not taste fragrant and sweet.
