Green chili pepper (halved)
Dried shiitake mushroom (diced)
Diced spring onion
Vegetarian oyster sauce
Soy sauce or lime juice
Soak the shiitake mushroom overnight and marinate with oil, salt, rock sugar. Steam for two hours until cooked.
Defrost Omnipork, add marinade sauce and mix well.
Stuff Omnipork in green chili peppers.
Heat the pan and add oil. Pan-fry the side of green chili peppers with Omnipork for 1 minute.
Pan-fry the other side for 1.5 minutes.
Drizzle sauce to serve.
Take great care with the heat control when pan frying the side of green chili peppers with Omnipork. Overheating can cause overcooked or burnt, while under heating, the green chili pepper would not taste fragrant and sweet.
