Ground white pepper

Light soy sauce
Spicy bean paste
Sichuan pepper powder
Sichuan pepper pil

Dark soy sauce
Cabbage: shredded, mix with a pinch of salt and squeeze out water. Mushroom: shredded and pan fried.
Defrost Omnipork, add marinade sauce and mix well.
Mix together cabbage, shimeji mushroom and Omnipork in a container.
Add sauce to the mixture in Step 2 and set side.
Pan-fry Omnipork patties over medium heat until both sides turn golden. which is about 3 minutes each side.
Brush the sauce on the patties several times on each sides. Turn off the heat and wait for 1 minute before it is ready to serve.
