Pan-fried Spicy OmniPork Patties

Ingredients

OmniPork

150g

Cabbage

A little

Shimeji mushroom

A little

Marinade Sauce

Oil

Drizzle

Ground white pepper

Pinch

Sugar

Pinch

Sichuan pepper oil

Drizzle

Light soy sauce

½ tsp

Spicy bean paste

½ tsp

Sichuan pepper powder

⅔ tsp

Minced Ginger

1 tsp

Sauce

Sichuan pepper pil

½ - 1 tbsp

Sesame oil

1 tbsp

Dark soy sauce

½ tbsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Steps

Step 1

Cabbage: shredded, mix with a pinch of salt and squeeze out water. Mushroom: shredded and pan fried.

Step 2

Defrost OmniPork, add marinade sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Mix together cabbage, shimeji mushroom and OmniPork in a container.

Step 4

Add sauce to the mixture in Step 2 and set side.

Step 5

Pan-fry OmniPork patties over medium heat until both sides turn golden. which is about 3 minutes each side.

Step 6

Brush the sauce on the patties several times on each sides. Turn off the heat and wait for 1 minute before it is ready to serve.
