Steamed Tofu with OmniPork and Preserved Olive Pickle

Ingredients

OmniPork

100g

Soft Tofu

1 big box

Preserved olive pickles

1.5 tbsp

Minced garlic

1 tsp

Spring Onion (Diced)

As Appropriate

Marinade Sauce

Soy sauce

1 tbsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Corn starch

1 tsp

Sauce

Soy sauce

1 tbsp

Oil

1 tbsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Steps

Step 1

Defrost OmniPork, add marinade sauce and mix well for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut tofu into cubes and place them on a plate.

Step 3

Place preserved olive pickles, OmniPork and garlic onto Tofu.

Step 4

Steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Remove water vapour dripping from the plate.  

Step 5

Use a pot to heat up the sauce. Pour it onto the steamed tofu, drizzle spring onion on it and it is ready to serve.
