Fried OmniPork Stuffed Tofu

Ingredients

OmniPork

1 pack

Hard beancurd

440g

Spring onion (Diced)

As appropriate

Marinade Sauce

Soy sauce

1 tsp

Vegan oyster sauce

1 tsp

Sugar

2 tsp

White pepper

Pinch

Five-spice powder

Pinch

Sauces

Bean paste or Spicy bean paste

Pinch

Steps

Step 1

Defrost OmniPork, add marinade sauce and mix well.

Step 2

Cut off hard beancurd equally into around 12 pieces and soak off the beancurd until it is dry.

Step 3

Pat on cornstarch to one side of the beancurd, then put OmniPork mixture on it.

Step 4

Heat up the oil. Place the OmniPork downwards and fry until it turns golden brown.

Step 5

Flip the beancurd up and fry the beancurd side until it turns

Step 6

Remove from heat and place them on plate with some beancurd sauce. Drizzle on spring onion and ready to serve.
